York Spiritualist Centre has varying activities to inspire you, feed your soul and help you grow or develop spiritually.
We have a strong and helpful congregation, who will help welcome you to the centre.

The centre is a place where friendships can form and be nurtured; we welcome everyone, regardless of their faith or where you are on your spiritual journey; each soul should be given the chance to develop.

We hold a Divine Service each Sunday evening at 6:30pm; each Sunday we have a visiting medium who will give a demonstration of mediumship (More info +).

We also hold three open circles a week, the days and start times are as follows: Monday's 2pm, Wednesday's 7:30pm and Saturdays 7pm (More info +), we also have regular special events ( Specials +) where a visiting medium comes (usually on an evening), solely and give evidence and messages from our loved ones who have passed on to the higher side.

Some of our visiting mediums give their time to teach others how to develop their spiritual gifts based on our spiritual pathway, see our Workshops + section for more information on workshops and courses. We cater for all levels of development, if you are uncertain about attending a course, then ask one of our team members.

We hold a Healing evening on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm (More Info +). Healing is also available after the Sunday Divine Service (More info +). Our strong team of spiritual healers give their time to heal those who visit the centre, during these evenings thoughts are sent out to those with illnesses or are on beds of sickness, the names of those entered into our 'Healing Book' are read out asking for divine healing. The book is open to all who visit the centre, entries can be made for pets, loved ones or anyone that needs spiritual upliftment. At the bottom of the 'Healing Book' there is a special section for transitions where people we know, loved ones and pets are listed and remembered. The centre also has a 'Healing Tree', anyone can place a tag on the tree.

We believe that there is something for everyone who visits the church, even if its only tea and biscuits!
